What we do
Four ways we help a community grow itself.
Everything we build ladders up to one goal: leave a neighborhood more capable of feeding, teaching, and employing itself than we found it.
Hydroponic Systems
We design, install, and steward hydroponic farms sized to their community — from countertop learning kits to full container farms. Every system is built to be operated by the people it serves.
Community Programs
Cohort-based programs that turn residents into growers, growers into stewards, and stewards into program leads. We measure success in local ownership, not headcount.
Education & Training
Curriculum for schools, workforce partners, and neighborhood organizations. We run job readiness training built around four tracks:
- Life Skills & Personal Wellness
- Emotional Intelligence & Teamwork
- Professionalism & Workplace Ethics
- Career Coaching & Goal Setting
Partnerships
We build with — municipalities, community organizations, developers, and schools — under agreements that keep the community in the driver's seat.
